RQS( Risk & Quality Solutions) has suite of services and programs which helps Healthcare Payer organizations for prospective and retrospective risk adjustment and impact the RAF (Risk adjustment Factor) score for accurate reimbursement from CMS. This specific role is for application that helps with Member outreach.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading & designing data solutions, transformations for Prospective & Retrospective Analytics Program
- Identification of automation and advance analytics opportunities for Prospective & Retrospective Analytics Program
- Leading the engineering /modernization of analytics programs
- Data Analysis and Operations Research
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience with data analysis, interpretation, synthesis and presentation for conveying results and recommendations to internal/external customers
- Hands-on experience with handling and analyzing large data sets (e.g., over 1 million records) including ETL, preferably with healthcare Member, Claims and other related healthcare data
- Experience in SQL programming
- Experience in big data - spark, python, hive, shell scripting, sqoop
- Experience with healthcare data - Member, Claims & Provider
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization with high level of clarity, accuracy and attention to detail
- Compelling interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills strong personal initiative and accountability as well as ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
