Hiring Experienced Visualiser in a Reputed E-Learning Software Company @Mumbai !!
Work Type : 1 year Contractual
Function : Department Product Design & Development
Job Title: Communication Design
Job Purpose
- To create visual design propositions for target audience based on user studies
- Lead visual design and process Innovation in UI and UX
- To design templates, layouts for print and digital formats through user stories
- Lead visual design in product development and mentor team members, develop second line
Managerial
- Provide team leadership and guide team on UI and UX design
- Create prototypes and solutions with user testing and feedback mechanism
- Evaluate visual design product and review scope documents from a functional perspective
- Participate in interview and recruitment process and help in onboarding
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a visual designer (7 - 8 yrs. Experience)
- Experience in e - learning, education, and product development
- Software knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Basic knowledge of editing softwares
- Knowledge of composition and layout design
- Creative mind and storytelling skills and strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in design principles and aspects like multimedia, illustrations, typography etc
- Proficiency in using design tools/apps for coordination with internal teams and vendors
Education :
Bachelors/ Diploma in Fine or Applied art from a reputed college in design
Graduated from a reputed college in disciplines like Communication design/Product design/game
design, UI & UX design
