Job descriptionWe are a renowned CONSTRUCTION firm and hiring for multiple position in CIVIL department for one of our Noida, Noida Extension . Ghaziabad & GURGAON location.
Positions:-
In Civil Department-
1. Junior Engineer- 0 to 1 years
2. Assistant Engineer- 0 to 1 years
3.Project Engineer- 0 to 2 years
EXPERIENCE
Candidate from a real estate / Infrastructure or Construction Industry will be preferred
JOB LOCATION: - Ghaziabad/Noida/ Noida Extension/GURGAON
Job Description: -
Co-ordination with principal architects
Checking all drawings & release for construction
Quality Certification & site execution as per drawings
Coordination of all drawings & approvals with all the consultant & architect
Prepare approved drawings & follow up with the MCGM Govt bodies to get approved & nocs.
Managing quality control & deadlines, preparation of all budget estimations
The candidate will be responsible for handling total coordination of site works guiding & instructing vendors.
The candidate will be responsible to supervise the day-to-day management of the site which includes monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of material.
Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Project management, site supervisor, project execution
Reading architectural, structural and services drawings.
Civil engineers may also specialize in foundation analysis, build Understanding of quality norms.
Will be responsible for planning and execution of structural , civil and interior works Design, Estimation,& costing of Civil & steel structural works
