Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Role - Senior-level Salesforce developer responsible for technical design and architecture for inbound and outbound integrations, developing and unit testing functionalities based on business requirements, coordinate with external system stakeholders and functional teams, create integration mapping documents In this role, we are looking for someone with expertise in Salesforce and with sufficient hands-on experience on the different Salesforce clouds, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and LWC).
o Must have: Experience developing on the Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or 2 / Salesforce admin certified
o Project Management: Exposure in handling development teams; liaising with the cross-functional teams and Understanding / translating the problem statement to a feasible solution o
Nice to Have certifications: Salesforce Einstein Analytics & Lightning, Platform App Builder
1: Responsibilities:
Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards
Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues
Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hours
2: Professional Experience
2 - 4 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
Strong Javascript/Front end Skills
Strong LWC or Aura development skills.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabit along with Github, Jenkins, Visual Studio is preferred.
Knowledge on various asynchronous capabilities in salesforce and its use cases
Strong expertise in web service
Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
Salesforce Apex Programming (SOQL, Future, Batches, Queueable, Schedulable, etc.) Salesforce Implementation.
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
Active Salesforce certifications and ability to achieve additional certifications upon hire
