1 -3 yrs exp - Band 12
3-5 yrs exp - Band 11
5-7 yrs exp - Band 10 and should be a TL on papers
7-10 yrs exp - Band 9 and should be an AM on papers
10-14 yrs exp - Band 8 and should be a Mgr on papers

Required Candidate profile

Band8 & 9(Only Int BPO exp)
Band10 , 11, 12 (Non BPO/CA firms/Domestic exp can apply)

For Band 8, 9 and 10 - should be from Balance sheet Reconciliation
