Infosys BPM Ltd. Hiring for HR Transactions & HR Learning Admin - Bangalore

1. HR Transactions:

Job Description:

Process all HR relates processes in the HCM (preferably SAP). The associate handles between 20 50 requests per day. Scope of the associates include processing new hire, terminations, transfers, promotions, time and attendance etc. Reporting to Team Supervisor.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 year of HR experience, with specific experience in HR administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accurately respond to inquiries in fast paced high volume environment
  • Ability to use multiple resources to research and resolve inquiries
  • Fair knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment laws
  • Intense customer service focus with a strong sense of urgency
  • Results and deadline driven
  • Proficient in HR database applications (PeopleSoft, SAP, SF, etc.) resolve customer issues
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to take inbound and outbound calls.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Process HR transactions which may include:
  • New hires (on SAP OM, PM modules)
  • Employment data changes
  • Terminations/Retirements
  • Basic reporting from SAP
  • Leave and attendance transactions
  • Changes in Employee Situations e.g., Reclassifications, Active to Inactive, Full-time/Part-Time and vice versa
  • Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
  • Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via the telephone or e-mail
  • Identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate
  • Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols
  • Maintain service level agreements.

2.HR Learning Admin:


Responsibilities:

The Learning Administrator is responsible for uploading content, conducting, coordinating and organizing virtual/physical classroom sessions & events and reporting.


Skill Expectations:

  • Course upload & Creation on LMS Providing Course Overview and Course details
  • Scheduling events
  • Registering learners
  • Facilitating the event/session
  • Resolve technical issues such as helping participants who are having trouble logging on or starting their video and/or audio broadcasts
  • Distributing their contact information with participants prior to the first-class session so they know who to contact
  • If required set up a separate chat pod for your facilitator to use to communicate directly with you without interrupting the class
  • Sharing enrollment list on daily/weekly basis with Facilitators
  • Marking attendance and course completion
  • Interacting with relevant stakeholders
  • Capturing Feedback
  • Recording the meeting.
  • Making the recording/s available for participants who missed the scheduled event/session
  • Client communication and stakeholder management
  • Learning Analytics - Reporting and Dashboard
  • SLA management
  • Setting up Quality and audit guidelines
  • Monitoring teams performance against the agreed SLAs
  • Escalation Management.

  • Handle queries and calls if needed

Required/Desirable Skill set, Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Any Bachelors Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning Facilitation and addressing Event/Session participant queries
  • Excel advanced
  • Required to work in US/UK Shift
  • Proficiency in SABA/Cornerstone OnDemand/SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System
  • Experience on facilitating virtual classroom sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Exposure to international clients and client management.
