Job Description

Hiring Content Moderators (Immediate Joining) to be associated with our organization based at Gurgaon, Haryana.

Mandates:

• Need experienced candidates only (10 months to 2 years of experience). Immediate joining.

• Should have Content Moderation experience and must be good at English.

• Must have a laptop with a Broadband connection (20mbps)

• Aadhar and PAN card is mandatory

Language bifurcation is listed below:

1. Tamil + English.

2. Telugu + English.

3. Kannada + English.

4. Malayalam + English.

5. Hindi + English.

6 days working (rotational shift and rotational off)

Salary - 21k CTC per month

Job Description:

• Audit the video content as per the auditing guidelines and carry out negative quality labelling.
• Must have knowledge of all the Genres/ Categories (Politics, Entertainment, Sports, Offbeat content etc)
• Understand Indian current affairs hotspots, social culture, religion and customs, and deal with inappropriate content/users as per local laws and regulations.
• Proficient in English is a must, for all regional languages.
• Be updated with Treading/Viral Short videos.
• Meeting daily targets and quality is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Active on Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and knows Video-based platforms (YouTube) and mobile applications/ Short video apps (TikTok, Like, Snack video, Trell, ShareChat, Moj, Josh, MX Takatak etc.).
• Achieve daily targets with given deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Due to the COVID-19 situation, the interview will take place over Telephonic.
