Responsibilities
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition sites.
Able to building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
Ability to meet daily targets.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
The location of the candidate can be anywhere in India.
This is a Permanent Work from the Home assignment.
A person should have good quality Laptop and a high-speed internet connection.
> Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
>Working days: Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
>Salary: 9000K per month (Gross). (+Mobile Bill, +Incentives)
