Key responsibilities
. Execute Area Strategy for LCL with focus Area GP regarding designated product portfolio
. Develop and drive the establishment of a competitive network for our LCL product offering, including coordination with co-load partners and CFS facility providers.
. Optimize our LCL approach, defining proper break points and conversion targets per trade lane, from provider/co-load scenarios to direct consolidation containers (DCC's).
. Work with the LCL Product Expert to develop the proper tools and scorecard approach to measure the execution performance of LCL product
. Focus on maximizing revenue and GP through upselling and cost management
. Drive all aspects of Compliance for the LCL Product offering which includes but is not limited to regulatory, customs compliance
. Lead the implementation of new processes and policies for the LCL product to improve inefficiencies and customer experience
. Coach, motivate and build a high performing teamWe are looking for
. MBA or equivalent preferred in Business or Supply Chain management
. Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience in Ocean Freight and 5 years minimum of LCL product experience.
. Solid experiences in Ocean Freight's operations and customer service in NVOCC business
. Self-starter with commercial acumen
. Advanced interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills
. Demonstrated experience in solution design and P&L ownership
. Demonstrated product portfolio expertise
. Strategic mindset and strong execution skills
. Ability to identify Customer pain points using qualitative and quantitate data
. Customer focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to serve customers mindset
. Ability to communicate clearly and set focus/direction
. Leadership skills with strong stakeholder management
