Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
. Understand customer and market needs to help in developing product strategy for future
. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for business expansion and prepare business cases with finance teams to evaluate with same
. Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives
. Partner with Area and Depot Heads to set continuous improvement priorities and objectives, monitor progress, analyze key performance indicators, and use project management methods to execute improvements.
. Develop and implement processes to aid in measuring goals, track savings, increase productivity, standardize KPI's
. Create standardize and share best practices across regions to drive consistency and efficiency.
. Assist in developing and documenting procedures to be used across operations
. Coordinate with marketing team to own and execute marketing campaigns for key initiatives
We are looking for
. Masters degree preferred
. Supply chain, or logistics experience preferred.
. Six Sigma experience preferred not mandatory
. Ability to supervise and direct work of project teams
. Influencing stakeholders
. Prior experience of successfully managing continuous improvement projects
. Technical skills in power point and excel
. Strong problem-solving abilities
. Ability to perform well with time sensitive tasks
. Able to build strong business relationships across all levels and effectively communicate across functions
. Must possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
