The HR organization is responsible for building and implementing strategies, programs, and infrastructure to identify, develop, and retain top talent for the company.

The Talent Acquisition Operations team is part of the Talent Services organization and responsible for providing timely and quality driven transactional and operational support to the recruiting process.
About the Role

This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR business partners. This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines.
In this position, the specialist will be responsible for supporting Recruiters with tasks related to the full life-cycle recruiting process. This includes creating new job postings and offer letters within Recruiting Solutions, Wells Fargo's applicant tracking system of record, and processing hires within Staff Management. Outreach to interested parties may be required to obtain missing or incomplete information.
This position will also support the background screening process. Activities include submitting and monitoring new background checks tracking and verifying background screening results in the vendor platform and reporting of results to recruiting teams.
Responsibilities

  • Creating and Posting new job openings within Recruiting Solutions

  • Creating and sending offer letters within Recruiting Solutions

  • Utilizing file naming conventions to save files electronically before uploading

  • Accurately Processing hires and making corrections within Staff Management

  • Monitoring of background check results on the vendor screening platform

  • Creation of reports and updates to trackers to effectively report on background check status for new hires

  • Ordering new background checks on the vendor platform

  • Human Resource experience in a highly matrixed organization

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

  • Experience meeting high production and quality standards in a fast paced, development and production support environment
