Team IntroductionWe are part of APJC Collaboration Architecture team. The team is responsible for sales and presales of Collaboration product across all segments in APJC (Enterprise, Commercial, SMB, SP, Public Sector etc.)
The product mix comprises of Web & Video Conferencing Solutions, Productivity tools, Applications focused to improve Customer Interactions like Omni Channel Contact Centre etc all either sold as On-Premise applications or SaaS.
Team is highly skilled in their domain and well respected in the industry, we are Trusted advisor for the Customer to build their future state Architecture
What You'll Do- You will be a Sales Specialist for the Collaboration Product portfolio at Cisco, working in the Commercial Segment.
- You will liaise closely with multiple Account Teams in your region, create Strategy for Sale of Collaboration products.
- You will work closely with relevant teams in Cisco and Partner community to drive sales and execute the sales strategies.
- You will carry a Quarterly / Annual Sales Quota for the region & will work toward overachieving the same.
- You will engage with the customer, leaders, and decision makers to showcase the value proposition, discuss, and arrive at ROI, TCO for the requirement etc.
- You will engage with Commercial Select customer, liaison with them, work on tenders, RFP's etc
- You will have product sales & partner responsibilities for an assigned region from sales perspective and hence it's helpful to stay up to date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.
- You will be supported by a product SE to provide Technical solutions to the Customer.
Who You'll Work WithYou will be part of the Cisco APJC Collaboration Architecture team, a team of Collaboration Sales Specialists. You will partner with Account Manager(s), Business Units, System Engineers, Partner Account Managers for your territory. You will work with partners and customers to ensure higher sales and growth of Collaboration products in Commercial Segment. We provide best and optimized solutions to the Gov and PSU and have a large & flexible portfolio which can either be sold as an on-premise offering or Cloud / SaaS offering, thus providing multiple options for customers to choose from. Cisco is a leader in the Collaboration and Customer Experience portfolio and has been consistently showcased a double-digit growth.
Who You AreYou have min of 10-12 years of experience in technology / application sales with a demonstration of over-achievement. Fast running self-starter with an excellent relationship building abilities.
- Experience in of Collaboration / IT sales in Gov and PSU Segment is mandatory. Exposure to overall Collaboration product sales or Application sales like IP Telephony / Calling Platform, Web Conferencing Platforms, Video Conferencing end points & Infrastructure, Contact Centre etc would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation skill with ability to build relevant, vertical specific messaging & driving consultative sales.
- Ability to engage with CXO, CIO on Use Cases for Pre-sales / Sales Conversations, communicating business value, discussing buying processes etc.
- Proven track record of excellence in sales, client happiness, & teamwork.
- Business forecasting, pipeline development skills.
- Ability to grow existing deployments as well as hunt newer logo's would be appreciated.
