Job Description

Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
Processing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
Preparing budget forecasts
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Hands-on experience with accounting software like Fresh-Books and QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Qualification :
Bcom / BSc in Accounting / Finance or relevant degree
Minimum 3-6 Years in accounting core (Female only).
Certification of (CPA or CMA) will be an additional strength.
Preferred : Immediate Joiner
Salary will not be a constraint to a right candidate.
