• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience and should be strong @ JavaScript (React JS/TypeScript), Python, Clojure, Java/C#
• Care about software architecture across the front-end, back-end and API's that glue them
• Passionate about code quality, continuous delivery, automated testing
• Write well-designed, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
• Comfortable working in Agile environment
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and can communicate your ideas, especially to those not technologically proficient
