Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts
  • Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
  • Maintaining good relationship with the customers
  • Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
  • Comply with Banks policies and processes
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
  • Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
