The ideal candidate will have experience of the sales cycle & be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills & possess.
Responsibilities
Knowledge of Tally ERP 9/ Tally prime, Excel, GST, TDS and must have its own vehicle. Build relationships with prospective clients. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients. Manage sales pipeline. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages. Explain the customer about the product and take follow-ups. Close the customer with effective demos, understanding the business needs of the customer. To ensure generation of leads through call reference. To identify & develop relations with existing and new customers. Responsible for regular customer interaction for business inquiries. Establishing relationships with customers for continued engagement & feedback. To respond to customer complaints on time & ensure prompt complaint redressal process. Should be ready to visit customer places. To be involved in negotiating & closing deals with customers.
