About the DepartmentConsumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) provides financial services to 21 million retail bank households and three million small business customers through approximately 5,000 retail branches, 17 contact centers, and 13,000 ATMs in 36 states and the District of Columbia. We serve and help individuals and families in many aspects of their lives, helping them buy homes, open first bank and savings accounts, buy cars to get to and from work or school, and start or grow small businesses. The Channel Execution team within the Marketing Execution Center of Excellence is looking for an Analytics Consultant who will be responsible for key aspects of campaigns in collaboration with Optimization Consultants, Marketing Managers, Lines of Business, Analytics teams, and other Marketing Execution teams.
Responsibilities
Campaign Build and Execution. Finalize campaign requirements with Optimization team. Receive and QA any external data files (e.g., line of business files). Build campaigns in IBM Campaign Management (formerly Unica Affinium). QA campaign build. Provide waterfall reports and sample records. Execute campaigns ensuring 100% error free work. Troubleshoot any potential campaign issues.
Campaign Results Analysis. Support ad-hoc campaign performance analyses with Optimization team. Work with the Optimization team and email vendor to resolve any data issues
Essential Qualifications
5+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 5+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both
5+ years of SQL experience
5+ years of Experience with campaign management software, preferably IBM Campaign Management (formerly Unica Affinium)
A+ level of expertise in MS office packages - PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Ability to identify in efficiencies and opportunities to improve the process
Excellent analytical, problem solving
Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
Market Skills and Certifications

5+ years of marketing analytics experience
Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and project managers
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

End-to-end marketing campaign management experience
