We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitate process adoption from kick-off to closure to ensure process adherence to Quality Management System
Carry out or facilitate the conduct of different quality reviews at defined frequency depending on the type of engagements to evaluate or verify process implementation effectiveness in alignment with Project's defined processes
Facilitate Project Managers in defining performance objectives / Metrics and data capture
Follow up on weekly reporting for compliance and monitor projects for status
Requirements:
Knowledge of one or more Quality Assurance standards / Model (ISO 9001, 20000, CMMI)
Knowledge of audit process
Auditing skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Quality Management System
Skills in process documentation
Understanding of statistical techniques and quantitative analysis
Understanding of Project Management
Good communication skills
Process facilitation and implementation abilities
