Senior Engineer /Assistant Manager Sales Railways & Metros

Responsibilities
Manage and develop an existing customer base and attainment of agreed budget.
Target and develop new customers and opportunities in Railways && Metro Sectors
Ability to have discussions at all levels within Railway && Metro officials
Liaison with RDSO for introduction&&approvals of new products.
Liase with DRMs /Coach Care Centers /Railway Yards for business and new product approvals .
Organise and own Inspections from RDSO / RITES.
Provide guidance to the sales team members at branches , helping them understand client
needs and developing sales strategies as per Railway procedures.
Maintain relationships with numerous clients, resolving complaints and encouraging future
business

Requirements
Diploma /Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
8+ year experience as Product Sales in Railways and Metros
Knowledge of Railways offices,Vendors and Markets .
Strong Professional verbal and written communication skills
Should be ready for 15 days out station travel to Railway offices
