Designation: Tech Support(SQL DBA)

Experience: 1 -3 years

Education: MCA, BCA, B.Tech/B.E

Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)

Job Description:

Giving technical support.

Giving technical support to stakeholders and handling tickets/issues on daily basis.

Co-ordination with development team for solving the issues time-to-time.

Testing the new process in the system.

Handling database system for uploading and updating data.

Writing SQL scripts and stored procedure in SQL Server for Data Analysis, Data Updates and BI.

Giving data through database as per user requirements.

Creating and maintaining SQL Server back-up and maintenance plan.

Managing Tickets

Daily Reporting
