Job Description:To support our international expansion, Bitcoin Wednesday is looking for a Senior PHP Developer with strong leadership skills, a sense of vision and balance with -- above all -- a talent for creating beautiful, functional software.
Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
Assess development needs from the business with a balanced, holistic perspective.
Support the team in building a winning culture across national boundaries and time zones.
Inspire the team in pursuit of perfection and success.
Take a leading role in software development to maintain continuity, quality and a magical experience for our users.
Preferred Requirements:
Proven ability to deliver results quickly, take initiative and build productive relationships.
Good experience on Laravel, Codeigniter and wordpress.
Experience on Node.js is an add on.
Familiarity with and interest in Scrum / Agile methodologies and processes.
Experience with one or more of the following: Jenkins, Node, Angular, MongoDB, React, data-driven UX, SEO and CRO.
Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
Talent for thriving in a deadline-driven environment, while accepting ownership and accountability for process, results and delivering on commitments.
Analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision making and a systems-thinking style when problem solving.
Curiosity about and appreciation for cutting edge, disruptive technologies.
Advanced education or experience in engineering, computer science or another technical related field.
