Job Description
As an Executive/Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Governance across multiple transitions, support and coordinate their movement into business as usual / go-live stage following the methodology, standards, and approval process.
- Coordinating with global stakeholders and leads in 3 GRS locations (Manila, Gurugram and Jacksonville) on adherence to scope of work and standardised transition documentation process.
- Highlight key governance risk and feedback to RMG leads in each of the GRS location.
- Review & document, any change in scope and business continuity impact assessment & testing for the RMG roles at GRS location.
- Responsible for quarterly and annual GRS Governance control review, evidence and sign off for the three GRS office locations.
We are looking for prior education in any discipline, with minimum of bachelor's degree qualification with strong academic performance and interest to build career in project management profile.
To be successful in this role, you will have an overall post-qualification experience of around 5 years with about minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a transition manager, where you will have demonstrated previous success in building relationships with global and senior stakeholders, driving change and delivering enterprise-wide projects.
We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, a great communicator, with strong project management skills. A background in risk management, risk governance, assurance will be a plus. You will be reporting to Vice President - GRS Project Management Office.
About the Risk Management GroupThe Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed.
