The Team
As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.
We work in conjuncture with various financial institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.
Work you'll do
You will lead a team in liaison with partners with colleagues and clientele belonging to consulting services industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.
About the job
The Digital Transformation Manager (Technology) is a pivotal role within the digital business of Deloitte, India. The key responsibility is to work hand in hand with the firm's sales & strategy teams in the analysis, strategic solution design, and closing of new business. The associate will interact with C-level executives to align proposed solutions with their strategic goals and solve their most important challenges.
Essential Job Requirements include:
- 9-15 Years of Technical Experience in Digital transformation & Implementation
- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies including - Cloud, RPA, IOT, & Blockchain & their applicability
- Exceptional experience of AS IS, TO BE & Process Discovery
- Hands-on design and recommendation on digital stack enterprise solutions such as top RPA platforms, Digital tools, process optimization frameworks, Cognitive/AI solutions etc
- Exhibit extensive experience in providing Information Technology solutioning support in a demanding environment
- A consultative mindset is the must along with rich client facing experience
What will you do:
- Lead solution design and pre-sales teams for large deals & deliveries
- Collaborate with firm's sales executives to lead bid process and overall solution development
- Lead, motivate and manage the team to maximise individual's performance and long-term potential
- Provide team with technical guidance, techno-feasibility opinion about business problems
Qualification Required:
- Post Graduate degree in Information Technology or other related technical discipline
- Enterprise Information Technology Architecture Certification Preferre
