Job Description

A CSA/Sr.CSA in this role deals with making outbound or cold calling to the customer for various process related tasks

Should read and write in English.

candidates should have a laptop and broadband connection/ should stay 15 kms near by wadgon sheri

work from home is provided for now but later candidates should come to the location for the job

freshers are accepted

we are looking for candidates who can speak Hindi and English

and candidates with fluent English and Hindi language for the Pune ( wadgon Sheri) location

Role: Customer service
Location: Pune (wadgaon sheri)
Boundaries: Candidates nearby Vimannagar (Nr by 15 km)
Qualification: GA / UG Any
During Pandemic for few weeks, it is work from home (System will be provided By Company)
Shift Time: 24*7 Shifts
After Few Weeks Work from Office then shift time:
The shift for Boys: 24*7
For Girls: Between 8 am to 9 Pm
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational off)
Salary: 13000 take-home + Incentives

Fresher / Undergraduate / Graduate / Experience
Able to communicate and Understand English
Comfortable working in Rotational shift
Able to resolve customer queries
Requirements:
Extremely strong English communication
Good typing speed
Basic Computer knowledge
