Job Description

We are hiring HR professionals for the role of recruitment coordinator for a renowned logistics company in US.

Shift: Night Shift
Education: MBA (Preferred) / Any Graduate

Soft Skills: Excellent Communication Skill

The profile will be involved in:

Calling job applicants (No Cold Calling)
Posting requirement on job boards.
Sorting applications from various job boards (Indeed).
Reaching out to applicants in US and processing their applications.
Co-ordinating with applicants for background checks, medical tests / drug tests and other compliance activities.
Co-ordinating with client and finalizing applications.
