Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
2.Supervising complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
3.Short listing resumes and arranging technical training for the staff and verifying documents and employment screening/ background verification of new joined employees
4.Taking care of the employee salaries on par with other region cum industry base.
5.Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
6.Handling entire performance appraisal process across levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management
7.Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
8.Handling pay sheets, appointments and recruitment structure.
9.Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies along with directing an effective Attendance System.
10.Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counseling and establishing works committee.
11.Undertaking employee engagement activities and policy driven process for various celebrations of employees and giving award to the best employees for their performances.
12.Designing and expanding training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs as well as developing effective induction programs.
13.Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
14.Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
15.Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
16.Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
17.Maintaining good relationship with superiors, peers and all sub ordinates and union employees to tackle the various issues
18.Ensuring the workmen will wear uniform, id cards and maintain safety regulation.
19.Conducting exit interviews and overseeing separation actions like full & final settlements
REQUIREMENTS:

1.Proven experience as HR administrator or other HR position.
2.Knowledge of HR KRAs, KPIs & related functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
3.Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
4.Proficient in MS Office.
5.Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
8.Strong ethics and reliability.
