Job Description

• . Experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. Experience working solely in this role
• . Experience in a Digital Team or relevant agency experience
• . Able to confidently articulate the different phases of Digital Product Lifecycle, including:

• Ideation, Discovery, Design and Development.
• . Able to confidently articulate the different artifacts and processes of Backlog refinement, including:
• Epics, UX Wireframes, Creative Design, Copy, User Testing, User Stories & Acceptance criteria (BDD)
• . Confidently explain differences between and Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Delivery Managers.
• . Strong Communicator who will act as the Interface and Gateway between different teams. Needs to be able to clearly articular a product or a challenge facing the team. If the team has an external blocker - which team do you speak to and can you confidently explain what is required from them to support the team
• . Highly beneficial: Technical understanding of modern development frameworks including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Cloud, Continuous and In-Sprint testing
• . Matrix team management
• . Release & roadmap planning
• . Prioritisation & Stakeholder management
