Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant @ Nellissery Software

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Required Functional Knowledge: SCM & manufacturing or complete Finance module.

Roles and Responsibilities

Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
Working directly with clients to understand their business processes and determining project deliverables
Utilising specialist knowledge of Finance/ Project Accounting/ Distribution & Trade using Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and implementation of Dynamics 365
Utilizing specialist knowledge of the services, retail, finance, manufacturing, or public sector industries
Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures
Taking ownership of the design of D365 solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module
Writing complex functional specifications
Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed
Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget
Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed
Delivering end user training
Prepare our Managed Services team for the transition to support
Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other team members on functional
consultants through whitepapers on relevant project experience or training events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Typically, 4 to 10 years experience working in a Functional consulting role
Strong background on any major ERP solutions
A working knowledge of best practices in their area of specialism
An industry specialism or specialisms with strong Domain understanding
A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems
At least 4+ full life cycle D365 implementations
A strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations
Stakeholder management skills
People management skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills
