Join the People Analytics team: The People Analytics (PA) team is a part of Intel's Human Resources Organization under the HR Technology, Operations and Analytics group. With the vision of driving business impact through proactive talent insights and influential storytelling, PA strives to use data to guide and inform Intel's strategy around its number one asset - its people. Position description: The People Analytics team is looking for an experienced People Analytics and Talent Intelligence - Asia Regional Lead to join our Customer Facing Analytics (CFA) team. In this critical role, you will partner with the HR leadership across Asia to offer talent strategy consultation to the business leadership in the region. You will develop a deep understanding for Intel's top priorities in the region translate them into talent research priorities for the region and deliver high quality labor market analysis and workforce analytics that help achieve the business goals. It is vital that you build and nurture strong relationships with the region's HR leadership. You will role-model and champion the cause of data-driven HR decision making. What you'll do: As a People Analytics and Talent Intelligence Lead, you may hold various responsibilities, including: - Become a subject matter expert for the Greater Asia Region (GAR) technology labor market with insights into their health, potential and risks. - Become a subject matter expert for people data, understanding the systems, tools and processes involved in collecting, managing and distributing people data. - Partner closely with GAR Business HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Team, and HR staff channeling your research efforts to support their business needs. - Manipulate, synthe and interpret data through the recognition of trends and patterns using statistical analysis to draw conclusions, insights and to make recommendations to help strategically advise the business. - Contribute to enterprise wide HR analytics and research projects. - Represent the full People Analytics portfolio of products and services to the regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in HR Analytics/Business Analytics/Management consulting roles. Knowledge of HR data, reporting, and analytics systems Experience working in Tableau and Power BI Advanced statistical, Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong knowledge of Intel's business models and corporate strategy Business acumen in the areas of HR product lines and processes Knowledge of advanced analytics tools like R, Python will be a plus Soft skills required: Insatiable curiosity to answer complex questions Track record of successfully developing, leading, and delivering global projects Strong customer orientation that strives to delight customers Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proven ability to tell a compelling story with data and ignite action Strong executive presence and general management acumen and experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skillsInside this Business Group
