Job Description
- Work with stake holders (Products team, Operations team, developers, testers) for Scoping, Analysis and development of new products, customer journey and transaction function in IT applications.
- Prepare BRD, FSD and BS document according to the requirement and providing solution by enhancing the IT systems.
- Performing UAT for the new product setup and enhancements.
- Detailed understanding of policy administrator, underwriting, claims administrator and financial transaction of insurance products and concepts of co-payment, deductible, coinsurance and reinsurance.
- New product Setup/configuration in backend and front systems.
- Basic understanding of Group Asia codes and de-bugging.
- Familiar with web service integration related to cordys, online portal, Claims Live and print system.
- Products setup done for retail health products, critical insurance products, travel insurance products, group health and group Personal accident products.
- Projects handled- Renewal review journey, Care product setup.
