Bachelor's degree
 Preferably some computer background
 "Smell" the market- place, customers and regulators and find way to them
 Absolutely proven experience in relations building, marketing, sourcing, servicing and path- finding.
 Well- versed in the corporate and governmental procedures and etiquette
 Have a flair for marketing, are socially mobile and active
 Maintain liaison with the Press and the media in general
 Current affairs buffs; carry a nose for market news
