Job Description:1. Land acquisition plan:a. Put together the plan and budget activities for acquiring the land.
b. Submit periodical update on land acquisition status with ongoing local status & our strategy to improvise the moral.
c. Purchase of clear legal title land.
d. Bulk land purchase in a single go with adequate home work and complete knowledge of the way forward on every odd situation.
2. Physical possession of land: Ensure continuity of physical possession of land purchased.
3. Network with local communities: a. Actively participate in negotiating compensation for land, rehabilitation and resettlement.
b. Socializing with local authorities to smoothen the land acquisition process.
c. To motivate the team for cordial relationship with the villagers for better & well knitted network to avoid any unwilling situation.
4. Government compliance:a. Liaison with Government authorities for land acquisition.
b. Obtaining necessary approvals and permission for change of land use (CLU).
c. Compliance of all government regulations impacting land acquisition & related operations.
5. CSR Initiatives: Initiating all CSR activities for establishing good relationships with locals in various villages. This also helps in knowing for any ill feeling of the vested interest.
- Administer the land procurement as per company's plan.
- Coordination with local government officials and key stakeholder for smooth dealing of land issues.
- Maintain an active and amicable relationship with landowners and key stakeholders.
- Assist the DH - Admin/security/CSR in all facets of land management i.e. procedures, land use policy and applicable laws.
- Prepare MIS related to land planning, budget and approvals.
- Monitoring of all legal affairs, court cases and legal concerns.
- Assist unit management in legal proceedings, applicable laws, legal matter and judgement of courts.
8. Scrutiny of Title Deeds of the Land Documents, Coordination for Registration of Land, Legal MIS reporting.
9.Record keeping of all documentations related to Land and Legal, Liasoning with the government authorities related to Land and Legal.
10. Handling Court Cases and updating the status.
Liasoning with Advocate, coordinate and assist in Court cases of the company, preparing grounds for all legal disputes, attending Court hearings.
Qualifications:LL.B / B.L.S.,Bachelor Of Law
Minimum Experience Level:10-20 Years
