Job Description
B.com having 2-3 yrs exp. in accounts knowing stock & inventory, TDS, GST, bank Reco, sales order, purchase order, delivery note, credit note, she should knowledge of ms office, tally ERP is must.
To take inventory of all store items on periodic basis and to prepare the MIS of the same. the ensure all invoices,challans etc are properly filed in a systematic manner. To monitor and check for the expiry dates of goods and to keep aside a stock of all expired goods.To prepare the list of expiry dates of various goods and to ensure the circulation of the list to concerned functional of the all department heads.
