During the registration you will be required to fill in the profile information as also record your 1 min introductory video.
IMPOSTANT TIPS FOR EFFECTIVE MATCHING
Industry, Job Function, Job Role, Skills are the main factors considered for matching candidates.
You can provide up to 7 skills. Ideally you should enter skills which appear in the drop down (approved skills in Monjin database) and ONLY IF the skill you want to enter is not appearing in the drop down after you have entered first 3-4 characters of your skill, should you proceed and enter it as a NEW SKILL ( which will appear below the type ahead drop down as the last entry).
Also, please only enter single skill name in each field eg. if you know both Core Java and Advanced Java then enter Core Java and Advanced Java as separate skills and not in a single skill field as Core Java/ Advanced Java OR if you know Angualr and Angualr JS then enter them as separate skills rather than Angular / Angualr JS
It is important to capture the major skills first (ie if you are in software testing the broader skill sets Software Testing, Automated Testing, Manual testing need to be entered first, and then you can enter specialised areas like Selenium or UFT or other such tools / platforms.) The reason for this is that, when your slots are matched with candidates, if you have broader skills, the chances of matching increase.
Any other skills that are available in the CV that you have uploaded are also considered for matching. So its recommended that you upload the latest CV.
It is expected that you provide your availability slots for the subsequent 7 days for the auto scheduling to work.
Sometimes, you will also get a Slot request mail when there is a requirement from a client. Such requests are also visible on your dashboard. It is advisable to login into your account every once in a while, to check such requests as these get consumed on a first come first serve basis. So, some other matching interviewer in the network could also pick it up before you.
