Job Description
Leading Housing Finance Co is looking for SOX for their Compliance team based at Andheri.
Candidate with 2-3 yrs relevant experience of managing SOX requirements.
CTC - 10 Lacs
Job details:
1. Develop processes to ensure compliance with all SOX requirements and issuance of SOX Certificate
2. Design and administer internal control over financial reporting
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems over financial reporting and report on design/operating deficiencies of such internal controls
4. Periodical review of RCMs and flowcharts for all the processes to ensure the coverage of all the relevant risks and controls mapped to the respective processes and sub-processes
5. Identify areas of potential improvement for the processes and updation of the same in SOX Toolkit
6. Periodical review and testing of Entity level controls for its effectiveness
7. Develop and conduct SOX compliance training for IHFC employees
8. Conducting SOX walk through and testing on quarterly and half yearly basis for monitoring design and operating effectiveness
9. Conducting independent testing on half yearly basis to ensure controls laid down in SOX Toolkit are operating effectively
10. Coordination with Internal Audit/External Audit and process owner for resolution of deficiencies arising out of control testing
11. Conducting fraud investigation proceedings and placing report before COE for further guidance/action
12. Timely communication of actions to be taken and tracking closure of the investigated cases
