Leading Housing Finance Co is looking for Business Manager (Delhi & Hyderabad Locations)
The incumbent would be primarily responsible for reporting on business productivity, acquisition cost and partners meet .
Qualification:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Analytical Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Stakeholder Management
Job Role:
- Responsible to monitor sales for Retail Assets Business
- Responsible for driving the manpower productivity and curtail attrition
- Responsible for managing and reporting for the four branches in the region
- Ensuring compliance with laid down norms/guidelines and statutory requirements
- Functional in improving employee productivity
- Monitor the cost of acquisition & arrange + manage the partners meet
