We are inviting applications for the role of SM, FP&A
You will be part of the leadership team of the FP&A and Supply Chain offerings and will run marketing campaigns using different strategies across HMS clientele and will also develop a standard service catalog for FP&A and Supply chain offerings
Responsibilities:
Enable Strategy & Growth for Financial Planning & Analysis and BI Offerings to HMS clients
Leverage F&A Installed Base to grow FP&A and Business Intelligence services business
Lead Transformation Projects & Managed Services in FP&A and BI
Lead Solutioning and Marketing Efforts, Create G Brand Awareness in the market place
Drive the Digital portfolio offering (in house products, solutions, partners and practices) direction for all Enterprise, SaaS / Mobile Products
Work with internal stake holders in building FP&A strategy and solutioning
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Build new products in AGILE Fashion (MVP approach)
Be commercially savvy, demonstrate a P&L Mindset
Experience of handling large teams in FP&A / SCM in an Industrial company will be preferred
Experience of working with different geographies and time zones
Provide leadership and mentor junior consultants in the engagement team
Collaborate in creating partnerships models, buy versus build models to further growth aspirations for Genpact
Providing thought leadership and evangelize offerings internally in Genpact and externally to clients
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
MBA or Masters in Finance / Business Mgmt / IT / BI / Analytics is a mandatory requirement
Extensive FP&A / Supply Chain experience preferably in Manufacturing, or Industrial sector in atleast 3 of the domains out of Management Reporting, FP&A, S&OP, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Inventory Optimization, Logistics and Supply Chain Modeling and simulation
Demand Management includes statistical forecasting, revenue planning, collaborative planning with key customers, consensus demand planning
Supply planning and scheduling (i.e., supply-demand balancing, critical component allocation, constrained revenue planning) would be added advantage.
Sourcing Supplier Selection, Vendor Performance management, Supplier Risk
S&OP Managing or Leading Sales and operations planning cycle, conducting demand review with sales and marketing, aligning operations reviews and aligning CXO with executive reviews
Strong interpersonal skills - collaboration, presentation and delivery
Experience managing strategic relationships with business partners, suppliers or customers
Strong communicator (written and verbal) and ability to create executive friendly presentations on complex business and supply chain topics and deliver presentations to various levels.
Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or other planning/ERP systems
Experience in use of analytical tools like SAS/SPSS
Working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau,Qlikview etc.
