In last 51 Yrs of stable and consisting growth they spared throughout India. Now seeking for Marketing Coordinator.
Job Position: Marketing Coordinator [HO]
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Qualification: Any Graduate
Min. 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service.
Good communication skills both verbal & written.
Proficiency in MS office application must i.e. Word & Excel.
Key responsibilities:
Handling customer enquires/complaints related to product/service.
Managing/ organizing customers database.
Preparing specific service reports as per the requirement.
Overall coordination with the Directors, and E-marketing professionals to initiate e-Commerce marketing and promotional strategies in conjunction with business plans.
Utilize the existing online infrastructure and other technologies to optimize online B2B sales.
Collect, prepare analytical reports by coordinating with corporate marketing team, authorized distributors, dealers, etc., to suggest/develop marketing of compelling products.
Work closely with marketing head and E-marketing professionals to create relevant content for the websites.
Prepare eCommerce specific reports as per the instructions from the Director.
In addition, carry out any other eCommerce related assignments as assigned by Managing Director, and other Directors.
