• Monetary / Other Benefits: Uncapped commissions + Variable Pay + IJP + Yearly appraisal + Special Performance bonus

• Reporting To: Sr. Operations Manager
• Joining Availability: Should be ready to join ASAP

Required Skills:

• Excellent & High level of English communication skills (Verbal & written)
• Good at connecting to customer / Able to maintain client relations
• It's mandate to be a part of any international contact /call center (Voice) in current / last job
• Min. 1 year of international BPO sales (Voice) & international client support (Voice) experience is mandatory
• Neutral accent
• Well aware of BPO sales & customer service functionalities and passionate about dealing with customers, their needs and queries
• Excellent presentation, convincing & negotiation skills
• Any graduate / undergraduate can apply
