1) Product Knowledge:

1. Share product knowledge and information on makeup trends.
2. Offer extensive beauty and cosmetic information to customers and assist them in choosing right products.

2) Customer Service:

1.  Practice the service models by creating welcoming, inspiring and personalised experiences with all guests.
2.  Create an amazing experience for all clients with exemplary custom service.

3) Achieving Targets:

1. Meet and maximize sales targets.
2. Cross, Up and Link Selling of products.

4) Report Making:

1. Prepare reports on returned and /or damaged beauty products.

5) Merchandise Display:

1. Create effective displays to sell seasonal and promotional beauty products.
