Job Description

JobSummary:
Candidates must have experience in Sourcing fromJobportals like Naukri, Shine, Linkedin etc
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates .
Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding
Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.

Desired Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment is preferred.
Hands-on experience onJobPortals preferred.
Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
