Job Description

 QA Manager - Product Engineering - SaaS - CareerXperts Consulting QA Manager Product Engineering SaaS

We are looking for a QA Manager to be a hands - on leader and manage Software Quality Engineering teams. You will be responsible for leading and managing QA Engineers, driving QA to release activities, and leading continuous process improvement efforts. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of related technical experience in overall software quality assurance and at least 3/4 years of experience managing others.

Drive the technical and organizational road map for the team
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams distributed across multiple locations
Implement and enhance QA methodologies to ensure delivery of predictable, high - quality product releases
Guide the design and development of testing strategy strategies based on project requirements

 Responsibilities

Build and grow a team of exceptional QA engineers
Gather, analyze and report team and quality metrics which demonstrate business value and show continuous improvement
Creatively solve technical QA challenges with the team
Influence key Go/No Go decisions on product readiness
Experience in Automation & Deployment Process in a SaaS Environment.Experience in testing SQL / Database technologies / Mobile Technologies.
