Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• The main task of the Site Head of QC is to manage, plan and direct Quality Control Department to ensure lab testing and provide the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing, while ensuring compliance with protocols, GMP and safety regulations.
• Member of Quality SOPs Discussions group.
• To prepare the annual budget for QC Department.
• Reduce cost and time of testing.
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
• Setting up procedure to maintain control over documentation.
• Ensure tests and procedures are properly carried out, understood and evaluated, also do product modifications are investigated If necessary.
• Coordinate with QC of other locations, QA and Production department for Technology Transfer.
• To implement analytical methods for new/existing process/products.
