Job Description
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Canvassing and sourcing of New Customers to increase Gold loan Business,
- Revenue generations through Cross Selling products & Interest Collection,
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those
relationships.
- Customer Relationship and Follow-up,
- Maintenance of important registers and daily reports,
- Cash Management and accounting
- Direct Marketing of Cross selling products at branches for insurance/mutual fund/Personal
Loan/Home Loan and other allied products
- Need to handle sales of loan products
- Need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes, and growth through multiple channels via the said Sales Managers.
- Driving cross-sell products and ensure internal & external customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate ProfileMBA with 60% & Mcom 70% from Reputed College Passed 2018 ,2019,2020 or 2021 with MBA in marketing and finance.
Good communication skill
- Good understanding of the customer profiles, markets, and products and good networking skills.
- 0-5 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply).
- Willing to travel as per business requirements
- Understanding of local language, fluency of English will be added advantage
Good Analytical skills
- Ability to probe customers business model
Good interpersonal skills: should effectively manage the peers and customers. The job is transferable hence male candidates are preferred.
Perks and Benefits Salary 2.10LPA to 3 LPA + Incentives (Depends on Location)
