Required Qualification: Diploma/ B Tech/ M Tech/ BE in Geology
This is Statutory position as per MCDR compliance and approval of mining plan.
This incumbent will be responsible for estimation of limestone reserve, quality control of limestone supply, preparation of annual and monthly production planning.
Execution of mining development & operation as per plan in order to maintain Lime stone production of desired quality and quantity at minimum cost with safety and compliance all statuatory requirement.
System Implementation: Organise & implement ISO/EMS/WCM systems in the section through involvement of people for improvement of performance/quality standards.
Self development Initializing action for self development activities for better productivity and improve upon career path.
Incumbent is required to perform mines Geology operations.
Position is required to perform below mentioned tasks
1. Identification & Evaluation of limestone resources.
2. Preparation of land data and Maps time to time for the entire mineral bearing lands purchased/to be purchased.
3. 100 % statutory compliances for all existing mining leases such as IBM Monthly / Yearly return, MOEF half yearly Compliance's before Target date to avoid any kind of violation.
4. Preparation & submission of mining plan time to time as per MCDR 2017
5. Continues monitoring of mining activities for any kind of violation, deviation from the approved mining plan / Scheme of mining and way-out to rectify the same to avoid complications.
1)MIS & Daily Reports as per Management Requirement.
2) Statutory Compliances
a) Royalty Payments, maintain records of Royalty, DMF & NMET
b) Statutory Returns such as IBM, CGM, GPCB & MOEF monthly, quarterly & yearly. Preparation for Star Rating Award
c) Fulfilling the required data during the Inspection of IBM, GPCB, MOEF, District Geologist & DGMS
d) Liasoning with District Geologist, IBM, GPCB etc.
6) Environment Management
a) Co-ordination with consultant for Environment Monitoring such as AAQ, Fugitive emission, Surface Water, ground water monitoring, Noise surveys etc and checking the reports
b) Afforestation, preparatory work for afforestation, co-ordination with Horticulture Dept & contractor for Plantation at Mines
Qualifications:
M.Sc.(Tech) in Applied Geology,Master Of Science,Dipl.-Geol.
Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
