Job Purpose:
To manage LC, Cavallo, Women's wear merchandise process from 'Design sampling to hand-overing to Sourcing' for bulk production. Maintaining entire process documentation, sample indents, prototype samples, approvals, trim cards, Tech sheets, tradeshow, gold-seals etc. coordinate with garment vendors for tradeshow sampling. To develop best quality sample garments as per designer's style tech sheets. Following brand merchandise calendars arranging sample garments ready for tradeshow. Regular follow-up of sample fabrics & garments with vendors.
Job Context & Major Challenges:
To Manage & Develop Sample style Garments of Linen Club Apparels (LCS, Cavallo, Women's wear) for tradeshows as per designer's style tech sheets following design calendar.
a. Co-ordination between Designers and Sample vendors for new style developments and tradeshow sampling.
b. Maintaining all required documentation, trim cards, style tech sheets for issuing bulk production.
c. Developing new vendors for making accessories, new wash finishes.
d. Arranging swatch cards sets to sales team as per merchandise planned.
Coordinating with sourcing team's pre-tradeshow and post tradeshow for the Bulk Garment production, Final gold seals, Packaging Details, Trim Cards etc. Transferring all required fabric and garment style details for smooth quality bulk production.
Coordinating with design and sourcing teams in preproduction process, uploading required data in SAP for bulk production.
To manage Garments Resource Centre (GRC) with proper sample and trim planning.

Coordination with Design, Sampling Sourcing, garment factories, trim vendors etc. Swatch cards to sales team.
Merchandising key aspect is good Coordination with all concern stake holders. Arranging swatch cards to sales teams.
Merchandising Indents & Documentation
Need to maintain proper documentation of sample developments, approvals, bulk input details, fabric files, Goldseals Pre-production
Coordinating with garment production teams, developing samples & bulk tech pack and trim cards.
Coordinating with sourcing providing Tech pack, trim cards & gold seals for smooth garment production.
Managing in-house Sampling unit
To manage in house sampling unit with planning proper flow of sampling and arranging required trims.
Developing style prototypes, Fits samples Coordinating Photoshoots.
Coordinating with vendors and developing prototype styles, developing perfect Fits as per linen garments.
Coordinating photoshoot for final design samples.
Reconciliation of sample fabrics & garments post tradeshow.
Reconciliation of sample fabrics & Garment's post tradeshow.
SAP Design coding
Design coding, cogs working uploading in SAP for barcodes.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
7-10 Years
