Position of Site Supervisor In UBS Department
Position is of Staff Cadre
Qualification:- BE In Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil
KRA1
) Site Assessment :-
To make a proper and accurate site assessment with in coordination with UBS Owner, TM , Cement Marketing , incorporating all major details in the layout drawing with proper dimensions to enable a correspondingly accurate BOQ from HO.
KRA2
) Renovation of Outlets ( Old and New ) :-
Through periodic visits, to ensure, time bound, stage wise completion of the work, as per the laid down quality parameters and specifications supported with report exceptions and deviations if any.
KRA3
) Vendor Management :-
Effective coordination and planning with the Civil and VM Vendors with regards to upcoming renovation work. Proper communication and ensuring implementation of changes in design or BOQ if any. Periodic visits to Vendors workshop to assess infrastructure and developments if any. Market Information on potential vendors for future requirements. Timely certification, validation and processing of Vendor Bills.
KRA4
) Site Audits :-
Visiting UBS counters for site audit and reporting deviations from SOP, if any and ensure corrective measures.
KRA5
) Initiatives :-
Identifying and recommending, low cost - good quality alternatives in material and design that can enhance the look and feel.
Qualifications:
Diploma In Civil Engineering,Bachelor Of Engineering
Minimum Experience Level:
3-7 Years
