Civil Maintenance : Plan & Coordinate timely all the civil activities to keep the Structure , Buildings and roads in good and healthy condition in plant and Maintenance of Railway track and siding with operation. Issue of work permits and implementation of safety standards along with timely compliance of observations at civil site.
Planning and execution of Civil Maintenance and capex work in plant and Preparations of estimate/ BOQ and proposals for civil Maintenance/capex work. Knowledge of Internal system - SAP, Kronos, My setu, Karomi, etc.
Ensuring structural stability and serviceability by regular audits , observations , planning and execution work and Drawing reviews and modification as per site requirement. Develop and regularly reviewed Hazard identification and risk assessment of all the civil activity.
Operation of Drinking Water and Sewage Treatment Plant.Maintaining Daily Safety Tool Box Meeting with our Workers, Regularly provide training to the workmen for their assigned jobs
Responsible for Inspection of field quality works, documentation, testing of incoming material, Site measurements, site layout and other works. Responsible for BBS preparation and progress reports, bill of material, bill of quantity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Technology,Diploma In Civil Engineering,Master of Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience Level:
8-10 Years
