Job Description:
1. Plant Maintenance:
- Follow schedules and timely implement daily Instrumentation maintenance activities in the concerned areas
- Check and report preventive maintenance, shutdown and predictive maintenance systems for abnormalities and take corrective action for elimination
- Implement the PM activities as per the schedule under coordination with concerned process plant and feed the data in the system
- Refer Chronic problems to superiors and concerned for advice and remedial measures
- Communicate and get organized necessary resources like material & manpower for uninterrupted & timely completion of Instrumentation maintenance jobs.
2. Cost Control & improvements: Act on cost reduction and process improvement plans within budgeted time and cost:
- Implement measures in design/modification for cost reduction
- Suggest to the Section Head any measures for cost improvement/control
- Assist data collection, information to identify opportunities and BottlenecksPlan, Organize and review daily maintenance activities in the concerned areas so that the schedules are followed strictly and quality & timely completion is ensured.
- Check preventive maintenance, shutdown and predictive maintenance systems for abnormalities and take corrective action for elimination
3. Project Execution (If Any):
- Preparation of estimation for various projects & schemes for Process Equipments & Accessories and for project evaluation
- Preparation of project schedule
- Execution of projects, schemes, and major maintenance requirements as per the target
- Perform Debottlenecking for Instrumentation equipment problems by interaction with suppliers and identifying alternate methods
4. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM):
- Implement IMS 9001, 14001, 50001, SA 8000, OHSAS 18001 & WCM practices & other systems in the Section
- Ensure implementation & adherence of safety system & procedures to meet statutory requirement so as to maintain safe & accident free work place.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology
Minimum Experience Level:
3-5 Years
