Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
(a) Procurement planning of medicines and consumables (Routine / short term / long term)
(b) Inventory Control
(c) Responsible for functioning / co-ordination and control of the department
(d) Identifying the slow / non-moving and near expiry items in association with Head-SCM and ensure their return to vendors through stores.
(e) Manpower deployment / distribution in pharmacy areas
(f) Development of second line team and regular training to staffs
(g) Regular check on stocks at IP and sub stores level and ensuring consumption of stocks at IP Pharmacy and at sub stores level
(h)Control on the Narcotic Drugs and maintenance of required statutory documents
(i) Quality policies for NABC & JCI
(j) Regular conducting of physical stock audit and daily cycle audit
(k) Various reports relating to Pharmacy stores at all levels, as desired by senior management from time to time (details attached separately)
(l) Inventory management techniques and generation of various reports, given as a separate attachment;
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 25,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month
